Food Lion No. 63 ripoff 6 cases of Dasani bottled water in parking lot

This is about some morons who stole 6 cases of Dasani bottled water from my shopping cart. When I came back to get my groceries, there were some morons in a white Ford Explorer stealing my water. I chased them all over the neighborhood; and they got away with it.
