Ripoff, he cashed my money order, no shoes, no response to e-mail or letter sent, no refund eithe

I sent my money order in on June 30, as of today Sept 1 I still have not received the sneakers I ordered. The person who I sent the money order to cashed it on July 14, per Travelers Express. I have sent numerous e-mails to the company and even sent a letter asking why my sneakers have not arrived yet. They have not responded to any e-mails or my letter. When you go on the web site it states my order is in a "pending" status waiting for payment. All I want at this point is my $74.99 refunded. I feel I have waited long enough for this product to arrive!
