John Winans - Judge Daniel K Lalor Court sanctioned Theft

This ordeal beginns with my fathers death on
02/20/02. He left a farm of roughly 200 acres
with a family burial site a house and a couple of out buildings. The property had been in myfamily for four generations. The court became involved 10 months after my fathers death. John Winans was appointed by the court.

John Winans has emptied my families house of all possessions without any notification leaving my family with nothing of my father, not even pictures.

The judge set conditions to force the sale of
my families property for the courts own agenda.

The court and Winans looked at only one buyer, a buyer my father had rejected two weeks before he died, furthermore a buyer existed that was willing to pay twice what
court sponsered buyer paid.

At the hearing which the decesion to sell was made, the judge released my attorneys and as I was not notified of the hearing I was not represented.in over four years it is the only hearing I missed.

At the hearing to overturn this decision, my attorney came out of the hearing room and said"you are fighting everybody in that room and the judge is poisoned to your possition". As I have never been allowed in the hearing
room to hear for my self what is being said this statement was eyeopening.

My 86 year old mother is now trying to reclaim her belongings through the British Consulate at a time when she and I are concerned for her health.

Through the caretaker Winans hired, who has coveted my fathers property for years, asked if I would help him buy the house at a greatly reduced price in exchange for which he would return my personal belongings. At this point he returned some of my clothing. He did this in the presence of witnesses. At this time my family does not know what happened to our belongings

The house is up for sale as the buyer the court sold to was not interested in the house. More time in the hands of this group that has set to taking everything from my
family.

In over four years Winans has supplied only oe "informal" statement of how the money is
being spent.informal is Winans term.
