Do not order this crap! I did it and it is a total and completel scam. I ordered the product that was poorly written and mis-guiding, then I was told that if I spent $6,282 on a personal coach they would give me a "turn-key" business plan that would not fail.

I have since spent upward of $3,000 on printing and mailings and i have not gotten ONE SINGLE CALL from anyone I have mailed too. The company PMI is a total crock. They talk to you as if they have done the business and they are reading from a script.

I was told that after completeing 10 Note Deal within one year I would receive all my money back from Russ Dalbey, I was told that his NOTE NETWORK functions like an escrow company, and the investors pay colsing costs to Russ Dalbey.

But that is a total crock, the originating title company almost always deals with this closing of the note when it changes hands. They would have told me anything to get my credit card number. I have since realized that the coaching has absoutely NO value and therefore since I ahve been given no useful skills, I will not reach the goal of 10 Note Deals and therefore ANN will never have to refund my money.

I am currently disputing the charges, talking to lawyers, I will write the Attorney General in COlorado, Arizona and California. I will also be filing a report with the FBI.

Rass Dalbey is a career criminal. He is making his money by defrauding people and I can only hope that one day a class action suit is filed against him and he goes down. I hope innocent people find this before they give away their money. If anything, I can hope that I was scammed to stop it from happening further.
