Had to take to court. Monies owed, billing for case

On July 10 I won a judgment in Orange County, Laguna Hills office of Small Claims Court for monies not paid to me by Sports Display, Inc. The Judge ruled in my favor on a couple of complaints.

1. Not being paid monies owed me for sold accounts.

2. Not returning full $300.00 on returned case that was forced upon me to take upon hiring. Only $100.00 returned and then case was re-sold to another new employee.

3. The court could not rule but stated in agreement that Sports Display should have paid me or any of their former employees within 72 hours after leaving company all monies rightfully owed to them.instead Sports Display withholds these funds, even though they have collected from sold clients for a period of ninety (90) days.

Also, I have contaced a class action attorney regarding these actions and he would be interested from hearing from any former sales representatives of Sports Display regarding the above problems of not being paid promptly and not getting the full $300.00 back if the case was returned in as good of condition as was given to the sales person.

Finally it has come to my attention that the contract that was only given upon start of training class and had to be signed immediately might have been in violation of the law by what was stated and not allowing new sales representatives the opportunity for an attorney to look at it before being signed.
