PrintEXPRESS lies they claim to only charge $. 39 a page

On July 6th I received a colored plan-o-gram from a company I was doing service work for the following day, after many unsuccessful attempts To send it to Kinko's and because of the cost ($1.00 per page) I thought it was wise of me to wait till the following day to see if I could find it Cheaper; usually when I drive down Baymeadows Road I notice a big sign saying $0.39 color copies. Well on the 7th I stopped in because I thought it would be much cheaper to use them then Kinko's. When I walked into the store location I asked the employee how much A color copy would be he said $0.39 a page. I asked him if he could access my PDF File by going to the internet; he replied no but I can Send it to them by Email and they would print it out for me.

Well I said ok I would be back, then outside I called home and asked them to email The 14 page plan-o-gram document for me, I then went back into PRINT EXPRESS and they informed me at that time they were having problems With BELL SOUTH and it would be a few minutes. About 10 to 15 minutes later they finally got my document and sent it to the printer; at that time The employee said it wasn't setup for regular size paper and changed the paper length without asking me if it was alright and telling me the cost. After the document was Printed I then heard that I had to pay a $0.85 Email Service CHARGE plus I was charged an excess for photocopying. My print job for 14 pages Came to $20.82.. The manager (I guess) then stayed that what I wanted printed was more expensive because they had to receive an email and print it out which required more handling.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND IT ISNT RECOMMENDED THAT ANYONE USE THEM. The company clearly states that it is $. 39 a copy outside There establishment (on their car, on the window) there liars and cheaters.
