Stole my puppies, lied to get my business, and in the end ripped me off Fort Atkinson

This in regards to Jill from Fort Atkinson and her problems with Pat Rockstroh, because I too was scammed.

I bought three puppies from Pat, one was cash and two were in trade. She trapped me with a business proposition making it sound very cut and dried; however, when it came time to hand my puppies over everything changed, she trapped me.

At the time of me dropping off my litter for her to sell she would not allow me to stay to see who was buying my pups, I could not even wait in my car she was very adimant and basicly pushed me out of her yard. Before I left I got my last puppy from her (in trade).

This pup was five weeks old, weighed two pounds, and was so sick we thought she would die. When trying to contact Pat for days and failed I took her to my vet who was appolled at the fact that someone would sell a puppy so young and sick too. She ended up having all kinds of skin problems and was more hyper than normal. She died last month after surgery because of her being so high strung.

This woman is selling poorly bred dogs, she is all business and sells puppies that are not well socialized because she gives them no love or attention and they are left in solitude. I have all the documentation between her and I and all my e-mails if someone were to request them. She gave me no choice in the pups I received from her except my first one, she was very hard to get a hold of. I would leave messages and she always had excuses why she never responded.

She cheated me out of money for selling my first litter of puppies and made me look like I was the one taking advantage of her. I almost took her to court but was afraid I didn't have enough evidence. Please put a stop to this woman and her puppy milling days.
