Deadbeat Mom

Charlene Powers has 2 girls, when we first seperated she had custody of the kids. I was giving her $600 a month plus I paid utility bills, and even bought groceries a couple times for the kids. She continuously told the courts she was getting a job and a new place to live, since she was being evicted. She is now sleeping at someones mobile home, where when my kids go to visit they have to sleep on the floor. She still has not gotten a job, and she has even tested posative for drugs.

It has been 8 months since I was supposed to start recieving child support, and she has only given me 1 months payment. She owes over $3000 and when I ask if she is going to help me she says I shouldn't ask because it upsets the kids. Everytime my kids visit her they come home and tell me everything, even though they are told by mom not to tell dad anything, because when they do mom gets in trouble.
