Infinology, TheousInfinology Theous Extreme Web Design After 1 week had not heard from Theous and cancelled my order - no refund Ripoff

On July 16 contracted with Theous to create a web site. I was told that I would be contacted the next day. Called and was told that I would be contacted that afternoon. No call. After a week of this I called (on July 24) and cancelled my order and told them to take the charge off my credit card. As Aug 11 this has not been done.
