ISSUES NSF Checks to thousands of shoppers-Refuses Public Statement Ripoff

Check Mark Inc issued shoppers nation wide payment checks that came back either NSF or Account Closed. The company has and will not make a statement. Company employee when called have given a variety of reasons. Promised resolutions over the phone have resulted in no reissued checks, no repayment of bank fees, and this months payments being delayed almost another month.

Local officals have be notified. Some shoppers are attempting to get a class action lawsuit.

Check Mark Inc is still requesting replacement shoppers. The company claims to be MSPA Member but is not according to MSPA website. Check Mark Inc has violated the independent contractors agreement it has with its shoppers.

Check Mark is again actively attempting to fill its jobs and has yet to pay past shoppers.
