A sales person called me on my cell phone. Told me about some packages. I told him that I was not intersted. He said that the packages would be free. If I wanted to cancel the packages I could. Just by caling the 800#. 2 weeks went by no packages. I recieved nothing in the mail. I repeatly ask what do i have to pay. He told me nothing for these free packages. There was 149.00 dedcucted out of my account wish give me neagtive balance and a over withdrawal fee. I called the number the bank gave to me. The CS told me that I need to write to 10500 ulmerton Rd. Suit 726-302 Largo, FL 33771 In order to recive my money. I worte them a letter and mailed it out 7/24/06. Guess what NO answer. I told them in the letter how I m 21 year old single mom with a disabled sister and I don't get help and they toke my week pay. So that means my child could not attend day care for a week and my sister stayed home.
