Ripoff door to door magzines sales take advantage of elderly

This occurred in Nashville, Tn when two young persons sold my mother, age 84,21 issues of Garden Design magazine for $60.00 plus $15 for shipping and handling. All Mom could say was how charming these kids were but she cannot even fill out her own checks and they did it for her, selling her landscape design magazine when she resides in a Apartment where solicitation is illegal. They only gave their first names on the receipt embellished with happy faces and cute comments. I will be amazed if she ever gets even one magazine fomr this scam.
