Ripoff dead beat dad

My ex-husband and I were devorced in March. Although at the time I agreed that no support would collected because he was not working. I then paid for another lawyer a year later to collect child support.

Since this order has been put in for him to pay 20% of his pay and half of health insurance. He has not paid a dime. I remarried back in 2002 and my husband has paid for full insurance and supported my son 100%.

Now, we have fallen down on our luck and have had to apply for assistance. My son has asked his dad for some money to buy him self what he needs. But his dad insists he doesnt have any money and that he bailed his girl friend out of jail and it cost him a couple thousand dollars.

Since we have had to apply for assistance, they have taken over child support. But that doesnt help if he is getting cash under the table.

I would really like to publish him as a dead beat dad. I want people to know what a ripoff he is and doesnt help his son out any.
