Rips off customers and doesn't respond to emails! Ripoff

I joined Renee's site a while ago, eager to see what she had to offer. I had been following her since she started on the internet and she had always intrigued me.

However, as soon as my account was activated I knew I had made a mistake and wasted my money. The live webcams that were supposedly on 24/7 never worked. She kept insisting the problems I was experiencing were on my side. I have made use of webcams embedded with java before with no problems whatsoever so I don't see how this was my fault.

The gallery also didn't work. There were php errors all over the place. I could only view 2 months worth of pictures, the rest I could only see the thumbnail versions of.

The pictures themselves weren't much either. The same poses over and over again only with a different color shirt and eyeshadow each time.

The videos were a disappointment. Videos of her boyfriend screaming in the car and her pets were not what I expected when I signed up.

Lastly, she doesn't update as much as she claims she does. Her sites slogan is: "One of the most updated & personal websites on the net" which is plainly not true. I've noticed she only updates when members either threaten to report her or cancel their memberships.
Her 'personal' blog was barely ever updated. And when she did it was hardly personal. It was basically the same stuff she said on her other (free) website, with one or two extra lines about a new protein shake she's trying out.

After a few days I tried contacting her to see if I could get a refund. But to no avail. I wrote three emails in total but all three were ignored.

I joined her website when she had another payment processor. One that didn't offer automatic refunds like she claims she now has. I always thought Renee was honest and stood up for her numerous times when the 'haters' got to her. But now I see they were probably right all along. You can't trust anyone on the internet these days. Even little innocent looking girls like Renee.
