Charging 10 times amount what the car is worth ripoff

I went to j. D byrider october and got a plymouth breeze. When I went to license the car it said the car was only worth $3500 but I'm paying $13401.20 for the car. And every time I told them something was wrong they tried to charge me to look at it. And I want to find out what I could do to fix this problem..
