Ripoff A Latter Day Saint Missionary named Elder Dahl kicked my door because I wasn't interested

On May 24th, Two Latter Day Saint Missionaries came to my door. One of them was named Elder Dahl, they were both out of the Tulsa Oklahoma Mission. When they knocked on my door, I opened it, and politely told them that I was not interested. I then closed my door. Then Elder Dahl reknocked on my door trying to give me another sales pitch I guess, at that point one of my relatives opened the door and told him, look we are not interested, Please don't knock again. At that point, Elder Dahl loudly kicked my door (A Neighbor witnessed it).

At this point, I was becoming concerned if these in fact were real Missionaries. They went on down the road. I called the Local LDS Bishop and told him what had happened, he told me he would handle it, and yes they were real Missionaries. I came very close to reporting this incident to the police. I don't know what I can do to keep these folks from knocking on my door. But, because of this incident, I have become borderline afraid that these guys may be capable of more then just kicking the door. LDS leaders, please tell your Missionaries not to kick doors.
