Lou Simboli
"Horses Needed, a 2nd Chance Program" ad Exposed for sending "rescued" horse to slaughter auction in

Miscellaneous

Lou Simboli has ads running across the entire state of Ohio which read "Horses Needed; a 2nd Chance Program" and "Can't Sell Your Horse? Call Me..."

He also had these ads running in Pittsburgh, PA for a good year and a half. He claims to have all these people lined up waiting to adopt old, sick, blind, or lame horses. Read the WEWS News story and you'll see where they wind up. It takes a lot of money to run all those ads in all those papers for so many years, so obviously he has a lucrative scam going.

Lou uses a variety of phone numbers (unlisted cell phone numbers) and several different "sales pitches." He also uses the last name of Simmons and Phillips (he might even have more aliases). People who gave him horses, thinking they were going to a good home, need to come forward so this dirtbag can be successfully prosecuted for fraud.
