Ripoff Unconnected Felon Almost Killed Me And Partially Responsible For My Being Disabled Killer Howell

Richard Porcello assaulted me outside the Brookwood Bar on September 08. An eye witness stated in a police report that I never even attempted to take a swing. He punched me without provcation in a very vulnerable area of my head.

The resulting injuries prompted the need for emergency brain surgey and ultimtely amputation of my fingers and toes. I am disabled for life after working for 18 years as a crpenter and 16 years as a guitar teacher. The Ocean county prosecuters office has told me that they do not intend to indict him. I am currently researching his police record and will update this report as I gather information. His family has tons of money and are obviously using it to their advantage. I will eventually attach photos to this report showing my amputation and drastis change of physical appearence.
