Ripoff discrimination and physical threats went ask to file a report

I purchase a cricket phone however the person selling the phone didnt explain the services to me she spoke broken english and was hard to understand i lost all extras on the cricket phone and i ask the cricket office for a refund and they tood me to go to the store that i purhase it from the manager tood me not to file a report because nothing will come from this i wrote down the store information from the lisence on the wall and he said that i was threating him i tood him that i was request by cricket that if i had a complain to get this info he tood me you fing ni*er if you do leave my store i will f you up

In those words he said so loud that all of the black in the store left he said that if i call the police that he would say that i tresspassing the thing is that while he was talking i was recording him on the cricket phone word for word with witnesses i am a small business man myself and would like to sue and get the refund from this cricket phone and swtop service with this company any advise
