Could Not Return Tiger Woods Card After Seller Moved Away

I purchased a 1,900.00 Tiger Woods card from Buy Direct TV off of their TV show. When I tried to return the item, it states they have moved with no forwarding address, and now I am stuck with an item I cannot afford to be stuck with.
Their invoice form states an unconditional money-back guarantee on all purchases. It says to send all returns to Buy Direct TV. Well, they are no longer at the address I have, and I don't have their email address either.
Can anyone help me find out their new address or where they moved to, or whether they changed their name?
