Ripoff, deceiving money by charging $26 dollars a month rip-off scam liars Silma

This company is deceiving customers with NOT ONLY false advertising, but also stealing money from consumers. They had an offer claiming that you would get 3 videos for $9.99.

When I called an 1-800 after watching a TV commercial and made the order they asked me on the phone wether I wanted to received this videos every month, and I explicitly said "NO".

What they don't tell you is that you will be sent a video every month, and you will get charged $26.00 for it.
I tried calling and the phone was busy all the time, I could not get in, so I could not address the fraud I felt they were doing.

By the time, I was able to call and cancel the subscription, I had been charged roughly $90 dollars. They denied the claims I made when I called the 1 800 number when I called initially to make my order.
They are flat out doing fraud and should be stopped.

After calling for so many times, they canceled the account, after charging me roughly $90 dollars and DID NOT want to do a refund! Was not resolved!!!
