Empty promises Big Rip Off

I was married to this man for years. He owed money on back taxes.in the divorce decree it stated that he was responsible for them.

When it came to filing I was to recieve a $1400 check. Unfortunately the IRS decided to take it for his neglegance.
I tried to contact him first by phone and was lied to. He stated that his lawyer would take care of it.

When I called this supposed lawyer they had no clue what I was talking about. So I tried to contact him through certified letter giving him proof from IRS that I payed his debt. He refused to pick it up. He then changed his number. I was out of alot of money before because of him. Now I am just totally screwed. He withdrew money from my checking account while seperated costing me over a thousand to get that straitened out. And he cheated on me. Just one day decided he never loved me after 8 years of telling me how much he did. Ladies watch out for this one.
