Idenity theft ripoff

We called and requested a statement that we were missing from our records for the month of April. We received a statement but addressed to our name and address but in side was someone elses statement. And our statement ended up with someone else as well.

When I called to let them know the about this and how concerned I was I was first hung up on and then placed on hold for a very long time. The problem never seemed important to them but someone having your personal info. Seems pretty important to me!
