Gregory Pete Mendoza Gudino Deadbeat, Loser, and Liar. Who can't remember his ONLY child's Birthday

Gregory Gudino is a dead beat liar who kicked me and his ONLY child out of his house because MY son cried too much when he was only 2 mnths old. After leaving him, I showed up at his sister's house when Greg's father died to show respect. That was after 5yrs gone by. Greg did not know who was that child with me. My son knew who GREG was. I never kept things from him, My husband that was with me was the one that raised my son since he was 6mnths old. Greg asked if he and my son can establish a relationship. My husband and I agreed it would only be right.

That year my son would see his real father on a weekly basis during the weekend. Greg promised he would find a job and help me with the expenses for OUR son. Not that I needed it, I've been the supporter for the past 5yrs, but a lil extra would help. Well that summer we moved and I told Greg he would need to keep in contact with his son..

Well, 4yrs went by and I got incontact with Greg's family who stated Greg has a new girlfriend and doesn't have time for anyone else and for me to stop calling. One day September Greg called me and asked if he can keep in contact with his son and wanted to build a relationship. Promises were made. When he spoke to my son that day, he told my son he would call back the next day. The next night when my son came home from school he waited by the phone until Midnight, Hoping he could tell GREG how his first day at school was. But... The phone never rang. He fell asleep with the phone by his side..

I made a call to Greg the next day and told him if he ever wants to see MY SON or even talk to him again he'll have to take me to court. It's been 2yrs now, and GREG hasn't made any attempts. STILL NO SUPPORT or anything..

HE goes by JELLO. So if anyone in MODESTO come in contact with him. Let him know, HE HAS TO GET A JOB and start SUPPORTING HIS CHILD ANGEL. Or at least acknowledge that a CHILD who has his blood running through him does exist...
