Ripoff Teliflex is still out there! Stealing Money!

I had a phone call a few weeks or a month back, between March and April. I always hang up or say take me off of the list, but this person was nice and persistent. He let me know that he was not selling anything and for once i decided to be nice and see what he had to say, then tell him "NO!" Anyway, he said he was going to send me a free package in the mail, to look it over, if i don't want it then cancel it. He assured me that it would not cost anything. He had already told me that he had my bank account information and that this was why he was calling anyway. He wanted me to confirm my account and I was hesitant and I said why do you need my account number if you already have it? There was no real answer to this. I don't know why I went ahead and gave it, but I figured I had already give them such a hard time already on the phone asking for their web address and everything else I could think of, and figuring that they had the information and was just asking for verification, I unfortunately gave it up. Just yesterday 5/25/06, I saw a charge on my account for $49.95 and couldn't figure out where it was from. I WAS LIVID!!! My bank says that the check says that I they had my authorization, which isn't true. I am looking at the stupid check right now, I printed it off. I called all of the numbers on the check, all lead to nothing, and they are no longer reachable numbers. Our bank says that we can file a report on it, but be careful because we don't even know if we will get our money back. These people are ruthless! And just like my husband told the bank, it is people like this out here that ruin the honest business people out here. You not going to wait for me to desire your product, you are just going to trick me out of my money... That is such bull crap! These people need to be placed in JAIL!!! And I don't feel sorry for the stupid telemarketers who get cursed out anymore!
