I purchased a ABEnergizer at my local Sam's Club in late January.

I sent for extra supplies using the order blank in the back of the users manual on Feb. 19. The order totaled $60.16 for six months supplies. The order blank said I would receive my supplies in 3 to 4 weeks. My check was cashed on March6 but I had not received my supplies. I waited until April 10 and then I contacted the company. I spoke to Greg (ID#3540) and he was not sure why my order had not been sent but he would see that it was shipped right away. April 23 and no supplies so I called the company again and spoke to Javiar (ID#3575) and was told nothing had been sent but he said that he showed an invoice dated April 15 so I should receive my supplies around May 2 or 3rd.

On May 3 after the mail came and I had not received anything from ABEnergizer I called the company again and spoke to Sandy (ID#3545) and was told that nothing had been sent and she did not know when it would be sent as they were back logged on there orders and did not have the product to send. She said if I wanted to cancel my order they would refund my money but it would take 30 to 60 days for me to receive my refund check.

At this point I asked to speak to her Supervisor and was told that she would take my number and have someone get back to me. I refused this and demanded that I speak to her Supervisor now. I was put on hold and after a while Gary came on the line and said he was the Supervisor. I asked for an employee ID# but he said he did not have one. He told me the same things that Sandy had told me and was not very helpful in trying to get this matter settled.

I felt like he was reading off of a script and since the company had my money he did not care to make me a happy consumer. I was just one in millions of orders that they had. When I asked why they cashed my check if they did not have the product to ship he said"when the check was cashed my name was put on a list and by the time they got to my name they had run out of product". I asked then why at that time that they did not notify me of the delay in shippment and was told they could not notify the millions of people whose orders were also backordered of the shipping delay.

I guess there will always be vultures in the world but if enough people refuse to just sit back and take it maybe they will become an extinct breed.
