Online Psychic ripoff unauthorized financial transaction after cancellation

I cheked out sara freders web site and was curious to find out if she was as real as she says. But unfortunatley I found out after the fact that she was a fake. I only authorized $39 to be debited from my account and she ended up taking $43.38 instead plus overseas atm fees. This was about two months age. I cancelled any further service with her. She stated on her web site that there is a money back guarantee, but everytime I try to email her, my email was not going through. There is no phone number. Today out of the blue she went ahead and debited an additional $43.38 from my account. Which was debited illegally. No authorization whats so ever. I have filed a complaint with my bank. And I am going to make sure that her web site is brought down. I dont know if my power alone will do it. I need someones help...
