Ripoff deceptive and fraudulent billing practices

In April I received a phone call from a female representative of cigarrest. I had previously seen their commercial on t.V. Like most smokers I'm always thinking of quitting the habit. The young lady made me such a good offer plus she guaranteed me that I would quit smoking in seven days. She told me she would ship me a thirty day supply for $6.95 shipping and handleing. I thought it sounded too good to be true but it was worth a try. After she took my order she asked if anyone else in my household was a smoker. I volunteered my wife's name.

Afew days later, two boxes arrived at my p.O. Box. It was just some gum, vitamins and pills (that don't have any effect). I thought what the heck I have been duped. It wasn't enough money to get all upset about. My credit card statement arrives around the 15th. Of each month. When I opened it I was shocked to see $99.85 twice. I became concerened and went online to check my current status and sure enough there it was again $99.85 twice more charged to my account two days ago. Over $400.00 I have paid these frauds for a little bit of chewing gum, vitamins and some type of placebo pill.
It is my opinion that these people are intentionaly fraudulent and are using deceptive trade tactics to steal from the general public.
