Ordered vacuum cleaner on line one more for younger brother's new house. Never received. Called March. Told "it was en route." Still not received. Now, when calling 800.711.8357 all I hear 24 x 7 is "thank you for calling customer service. Our business hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please call back during those business hours." I call — and still get recording. I want my $534.97 back.
