My debit card was charged in the month of March for $9.00 from a company named WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.Co... I have never heard of this place nor do I sign up for vacation information from ANY website as I do hate spam and junk mail!
Thought at first site this may be a charge my debit card company put on until it appeared again in April.in checking the name on - , I find many people have had this same problem... No company name or address... And you cannot contact them with the telephone number listed on your billing UNLESS you give them your credit card number!!!
I really feel I know where this came from as I felt the matter strange at the time and should have listened to my instinct. I was bidding on replacement spools for an old fishing rod on eBay when someone with their web address half blocked kept emailing me and telling me I could purchase these same spools brand new from American Classic Sales. I continued to ignore this email but was contacted about 5 times from this individual... When I did not get the items I was bidding on, I placed an order with this company... This was February 27.
This order amounted to $45.90 and I was given an order number.
When I never received this merchandise, I tried to email and ask what happened to this order... I did this about 10 times but was never given the kindness of a reply... NOTHING! When I try to call a telephone number... Never get an answer or a return call. My credit card was never charged for the spools but this is the number given to this company and that is when
the $9.00 started. Something is very strange as they would never answer my emails or calls. Also seems strange that someone is reading the bids and contacting people to purchase somewhere else other than the vendor you are dealing with.
I had to cancel my debit card to stop these charges. I truly feel since so many people are affected by this Rip-Off, something should be done and this should be told to as many as possible.
