I thought Americans had RIGHTS-CPS workers are liars who advocate divorce and damage children

Why is cps allowed to treat good parents like criminals, guilty from the beginning, without the right to have an attorney present, make a finding in an investigation that will appear on a background check for the rest of their lives, and not comply with the same rules-regulations-laws as law enforcement personnel? Don't let cps put you through what they did to my family.

My family was reported to CPS in January. We were told the investigation would be closed with no findings, then they decided to leave it open and refer us for services, then told me the investigation would be over and closed by the end of March and my boys returned, then decided, when the investigator found a new job and gave notice, that they WOULDN'T close the investigation. On the advice of an attorney, we had nothing to hide, so we cooperated. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE.

They took my 2 boys and placed them with their grandmother, who along with another family member created the lie that was called in to CPS, left my 2 yo daughter with my husband and I. They told me my boys couldn't come home. At one point, I was contacted and told to pack mine and my daughters things and LEAVE MY HOME IMMEDIATELY. My response was, leave my home? I don't have any where to go... She told me to take my daughter to a HOMELESS SHELTER. I was given 1 hour to comply or CPS would be there to take CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER. Each time I questioned our "investigator" she informed me that she would "remove my daugher from my care."

Today 4/29, my sons still aren't home. I actually found information online yesterday and won't let them control this situation anymore. I received copies of the investigation report yesterday. It's amazing the way they twisted things and omitted pertinent infomation, they even reorganized the chain of events to make it look better for them. LIES! Lies! LIES!

It was confirmed yesterday that my children were NEVER legally taken from me... And could have returned to my home anytime. I was told that I would have to choose, my children or my husband, but not both.

America, land of the free, until cps walks into your life, then you are guilty regardless of the truth. Remember, it is a cps workers job to take children, that is what they get paid for, they are not your friend, not on your side. If they knock on your door, don't let them in.
