Ripoff dishonest magazine selle

I live in NC and I had just moved when these two grils came to my door and said the go to the local college. They told me they were selling magazines so they could get points so they could go on a trip with their class. I know it is hard to do some of the things because I went to the same college and you do have to work hard to go on trips. Well I keep waiting and waiting for the magazines to come in because I ordered a Disney learning book for my 5yr old son. I keep checking my bank account and a few weeks later they deposit my check of $113.00 dollars on Febuary 18. I waited and waited for them to come in but now its April 28 and I see they are never coming in. I try calling my bank and they said there is nothing they could do since the Sunshine agency has cashed my check. So I hope the same does not happen to anyone else.
