I have make several compliants angaist the detroit police department about the 911 emergency responce call number the detroit police men and women dispatch opperators are making the 911 call number diffical to uses by cutting you off when you are trying to drscibe your assisailent to the police men or women who are taking not to take infromation to forward to the officials who are out on the field these people who are running people off the phone or having people cusing them out for not taking infromation of assisailent who are doing crime in frount of you or to you like hit and runs drivers or physical intimadation this is a repeating sitution in the city of detriot and is a rip-off, a dangerous ripoff to reseidents - could someone please investagate - thank you for your time
