Ripoff business and fraudulant membership

Same story just different name. Best I could hope for is to get any or all monies invested. Reason for this report is to find out if anything has happened on the legal end. Also is there any specific person I can place a claim with. I doubt that I will get any refund, but I will find greater satisfaction in knowing this so called business is not getting rich off regular people trying to change their lives for the better, only to be ripped off.
