These guys purport to offer travel brochures and give away vacations. They have already assembled a massive amount of information about you before they call. They already KNOW your bank name and routing numbers from your checks. They then use this data to build up their credibility while they fish for personalized information they can use to access your account. If you begin to doubt them, they hang up.
