Ripping people off and shredding mail from complaints to remove cbr report

As a former employee i can attest to the fact that during the months of Oct and Nov much of the mail was shredded due to the fact the work being so far behind due to mis management. Dates were being changed on work and when I blew the whistle they fired me!

I wish people who deal with them such as Bank of America, Citibank, Capital One and the list goes on... Would check their notes and see for themselves the amount of mess is there.

This is why it is so important to send certified mail. Even that was shredded! If you havent recieved any response to mail that was sent during this time... Know your rights!

There is a certain amount of time to response, especially cease and desist letters. So— GET AN ATTORNEY and SUE them!

It makes me sick to know that I see people paying debts that are so old that the law even says they are not obligated to pay. Learn the statute of limitations to your debts being collectible. So much of the debt they NCO purchases are either in bankruptcy or so old that you dont have to have damage your credit.
