Ripoff paid for magazines never came, no refund after numerous requests

I purchased a magazine from a door salesman representing Entreprenuers Across America on 6-20. When the delivery was not made after the 90 to 120 day waiting period I requested my $44.00 back with no response from the company. Filed with the BBB still nothing. I have enclosed a copy of the check that cleared the bank and both original reciepts given to my by their representative. What else can you do as an honest citizen to get your money back from these thieves that are allowed to operate a business and not provide the product sold with no repercution whatsoever???
