I am a manager at blockbuster video and a couple of weeks ago my wages are being garshied by this guy. All of a sudden i go from an 800.00 to 493.51 check and now i can't make my bills. He took me to court and said i owed this money never mind the fact that he never showed me any documtes. I now have to go to court and settle this through them and get a refund which is about 300.00 i really don't think it is fair that i have to prove that this guy is a faurd. I would love to sue them and put him out of bussiness.
