Dishonest fraudulent liars thieves, ripoff las vagas nevada

I was applying for a cash advance on-line, and about twenty minutes into it, i got a phone call. Ithought it was the company i was applying with, so i stayed on phone to listen to him. I did find out he was not with the payday loan people, but he was offering a credit consolidation program with a credtcard to do online shopping with of up to $7500.00.

He did tell me of the$129 startup fee, and i agreed to have it taken out of my account. But when i got off phone with him, ireally wanted to cancel. So i called their 1-800-975-5642 9 times and was on hold for 2 hours. I also e-mailed their customer service, and never got a response of my cancellation.

The man i was originally talking with said his name was michael williams, ext. 4344, and said the $129 would be deducted out of my account 3 days from then, but i noticed the following day that it was taken out, and overdrafted my checking account. I was furious! I'm going to close my checking account now that they have access to it. What thieves! They should be in prison!!! Please help!!!
