Corrupt Judges and Attorneys Second District Court od New Mexico Albuquerque

Miscellaneous

Warning! The Second District Court od New Mexico has as in any system, good Judges and Attorneys and a small cabal of really corrupt judges and attorneys working together for their own personal profit and the Law anf Justice be damned.

While the problem may go well beyond the indfividuals names in this report, it is well to be aware that these individuals should be avoided at all costs, unless you are devoid of a conscience and are looking to pay money to put the "fix" in in the Second District Court.

How does a Judge refuse to hear motions properly filed by an attorney, an officer of the court, and back this refusal up with the threat of sending both the Petitioner and Respondent to jail if forced to hear the Motions before the Court? This simple but effective exclusion of evidence allows the Court to proceed in a fashion that allows the appointment of friendly attorneys as Special Masters to bleed funds from the assets of the parties involved.

Special Masters are appointed in these cases at fees of $300.00 per hour and do absolutely nothing but create further problems through either ignorance or negligence.

How does a Judge take a rational and equitable decision when material facts are not allowed to be entered into the court record? Without facts in the record, they are enabling themselves to find ways to grease each other's palms.

Having grown up in Chicago in the 1960's I thought I had seen it all, with dead people voting as street people were taken from polling station to polling station to vote each time for a shot of booze.in the 40 years since the 1960's I thought that things had improved in this country and the abuses of the past were just that. I have been assaulted, burglarized, shot by person/s unknown and totally worked over by a corrupt judicial system. Is this what I worked hard for over 35 years of my life for? Is this what I paid 35 years of taxes for?

Although the baltant violations noted here of the Justice system were recorded, I expect, when this finally comes to the Judicial Review Committee (if it actually is allowed to get that far) that there will most likely be missing tapes, or blank unaudible sections of tape. How else will the Judge be able to defend such an outrageous position?

As this progresses, I shall update this report. Should a monthly update or conclusion not appear, assume that I have been permanently silenced.
