Ripoff, penalties for early payment $29.00 early pay fee continued late fee after account is paid off the closed

I bought two air purifiers from Oreck. They suggested no interest 1 year pay. I divided what I owed by 12. I paid the first of the month because I am retired. I started getting a $29.00 late fee early on. I called and they said because I paid early that was considered the previous months payment. Crazy, but they continued to do this and they still are. Have you ever hear such a thing.

I am an a pension and pay everything I owe on the first of the month and never have had any trouble. When I called they just kept repeating the same story. I wonder if Oreck knows about this.
