Ripoff started charging 6.95 per month USA

I have cancel all the acount i have on ifriend, but it still charging me 6.95$ every month, which is not no. I have already send them a email to tell them to stop charging me, but them seems to not even try to take any action. If ths is not a rip off what else can it be.
I hope if ifriend see this will cancel all the payment and refund.
