Illegal termination

On feb 12 my truck broke down. Due to neglegent maintainence on the part of company shop. So when it went down i took it and put the truck in the volvo shop in Spartanburg SC. It was in the shop for 8 days for repair which is understandable due to the volume of business there. I was in constant contact with the volvo dealer and they in turn where in contact with covenant's break down dept. My dispatcher terminated me for being off for 8 days and told me my truck was not in the shop.

According to her{Peggy Lowry dispatcher} she had talked with break down and they told her it wasn't in the shop. Break down has to approve all road repairs before any thing can be done to the company trucks. Be very cautious when applying for this company! Thanks for your time in reading this message
