Ripoff purchased magazine with a door salesman and never recieved the subscription contacted company with no response

Purchased a subscription for a magaine by a door salesman that stated he was a college student. The individual showed a picture ID with company name and number.

After the 90 day wait time contacted the company, who acted surprised that magazine had not arrived as of yet and guaranteed they would contact the parent company and correct any errors. With a deepest apology they invited me to contact them again if the problem continued to exist.

Magazine never arrived so I began calling again only to not reach a contact person. This is the third time in 5 years I have purchased from individuals for similar if not the same company and have yet to recieve one magazine. I will now never purchase from a door to door sales person regardless of the cause or ID they are able to provide.

Companies like this should be monitored by the authorities and placed in the proper correctional facilities for people who are decieving our public and destroyintg public trust.
