Company ripoff going under laid-off over 75 people and denied unemployment to all that applied

I started working at Michigan Microtech in September I had to take FMLA due to a serious that I was having. FMLA ensures that you will have a job when you come off of medical leave. When I called to go back to work I then found out that I was laid off. I applied for Unemployment but was denied. The reason that Michigan Microtech gave was they had lack of work./ The did not treat the employees fair at all anyway. We were overworked and underpaid. Do not apply to work for this failing company.
