Ripoff Dont Know

I whent to my account on line and notticed they had deducted that amount of $299.95 and $49.95. I then went straight to my banck and they told me that the check was cashed by Advance America wich me or neither my husband had made out to them.

We called the number they gave us 866-503-7345 and was put on hold for 3 1/2 hours while a recorde said that all representitives where busy. Then I called my bank and noticed that they wouldent do anything after I file a Forgery claim, I then found out that they made an electronical check under my husbands name with out his concent and they told us their was a recording with my husbans voice stateing things that wherent even true and not even his voice. Then again my bank didint even re inburse us for our money after proving it was a fraud they said it was our fault for doing are payments online and that gives people easy access to uor information. Advantage America is a scam and aces to people information without even their concent.
