Ripoff They have not shipped an order I placed for a Custome

I had a customer who ordered a PSP Giga Pack on 2nd Jan and told she would get it for the latest 24th Jan it is now the 3rd od Feb and she still hasn't gotton a thing and I have tried to contact them several for other things but to no avail. I would lie someone to press charges on them. Do not do business with them i am going to contact the authorites and what could be done.
