National Grant Helpers
Ripoff, i applied for grant information june cost $300.00, i have not received promised report as of yet. 7 months of waiting

In June i allowed this company "National Grant Helpers" to debit mi visa card for $298.88. I was guaranteed a grant of at least $5000.00, or i would receive a refund for the $298.88. After filling out a questionairre about my life, I was supposed to be getting a report, that lists all the agencies in my area that i could apply for these grants with and if i got three denial letters, i would get my $298.88 back. Well as of today 2-2-06 i have not received the report. I have been in contact with these people, weekly, or bi-weekly, and their response has been, "give it another week". Then they did try to tell me that the report was sent in October, but i never got it. Now as of today they have resubmitted a request to reship the report for the second time. The first request was put in on 1-13-06, and supposedly it will be here next week. I have requested my money back several times, but they say "at this point they cannot refund my money, the only way i can get my money back is with three denial letters", which can't happen without the report to apply for the grants. I just want my money back, what can i do?
