Ripoff

On Nov 6 young man working way thru college can to my parents house selling magazines. My parents are 80 yrs old. They ordered a magazine to help the boy out. After calling several times over the years, we were told it would be traced and they would receive the magazine. On May 18 04 we received a post card saying it is being tracked and they would receive in 3-4 weeks.
On Jan 26 called number again told them we never received and said we are going to contact the magazine itself to see what the problem is and we are going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the reply was oh I, m so scared...

Talked to magazine personally and found out that they are not on the list of authorized company to sell thier magazine. Was told to call the 1-800 fraud line which I tried several times but got no answer...
