Ripoff secretly added charges of $30 to my SBC bill when I requested grocery coupons

Added the following charges to my SBC telephone bill saying that I requested their services (noted below) when I signed up for free grocery coupons

4-01 12-22 residential voicemail setup
fee: 15.74
4-02 1-05 residential voicemail monthly
fee: 13.22

When I called ILD Teleservices, they refused to reverse the charges. I called SBC who said that they would return the charges to ILD Teleservices. SBC called them "thieves".
